高三的学生每天都处在乏味和高压的学习状态下,难免会有厌学的心理。但要及时调节过来。
 
首先给自己定个最终目标,你的大学定位在哪里?如果你想考专科,上课睡觉吧,没事,因为专科很容易。如果你想考北大,那你就别睡觉了,它没有过分的付出是永远都难以实现的。所以现在,你需要一个目标,你想考哪一所大学。有了目标,学习就不会那么讨厌了,因为它是努力的过程,并非是你之前因为升学压力大而来的厌学情绪。
 
其次也要劳逸结合,学习的时候就全身心的学习,休息时间可以适当的放松一下。周末可以出去看看风景,舒缓一下自己,别让自己总是那么处在学习紧张的压力下。
